Join us for an evening of how-to at ArtsRiot. The Barb McHenry Team at Fairway Mortgage and Joe Villemaire of Rockstar Real Estate Collective at KW Vermont will show you how you could end up paying the same amount per month for a mortgage as you are for your rent. Vermont Homebrew Supply will give you the basics to start brewing beer and cider at home and will be giving away a beginner equipment kit for learning to brew ales at home. It contains the basic pieces that are not already in your kitchen. Just add a kettle, bottles & a recipe, and you are a homebrewer!
There are a lot of myths around home buying, and Fairway Independant Mortgage Corporation is putting on this series of home buying seminars to dispel them all. This month, we'll talk about how to structure your mortgage so that you'll be paying the same amount for a mortgage as you are right now for a rental property. Anne Duany Whyte from Vermont Homebrew Supply will give you the information you need to start homebrewing. It's fun and easy once you know how. You can make really fine homemade beers, ciders and country wines with the same equipment. Anne will have pieces of equipment to show you and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
